Westchester County Criminal Court

If you have recently received a Desk Appearance Tickets (DAT) or have been recently suffered an arrest, you will have a court appearance in your future. New York State Criminal Courts hear a variety of criminal cases, everything from a DWI misdemeanor, to a felony for a white collar crime The Westchester County Criminal Court will handle these matters from the initial arrest including the Arraignment, all the way to trial and sentencing. The court will also deal with the pre-indictment phase of felony violations. This page will set out some basic court information you will need before appearing in court, including court location, hours and directions.
